OnDemand SERVICES

Get the service you need, when you want it, with our most flexible service plan. AIS OnDemand Services are discounted blocks of time, based on prepayment, that provide direct access to our Dispatcher whenever you need technical assistance.

You can use your blocks of time as often as you want, or only for critical services. It’s your choice since your block will never expire.

 
ONSITE TECHNICIANS
 

Use our entire staff of experienced technicians as your IT Department. We can create a custom support plan based on your specific needs and requirements. Some clients prefer that we have a technician onsite before 9am to ensure all mission critical applications are running. Other clients prefer 2 days per week, 4 hours per day. By collaborating with you, we fine-tune the support plan to make it cost efficient and effective.

 

 
FULL SERVICE CONTRACTS
 

Get unlimited support! We will assist you in designing the contract that will fit your needs. Whether you want only one critical server covered, or your entire infrastructure, AIS’s team of qualified technicians and engineers will provide the reliable service that you need.

Certain hardware and software you may have purchased are no longer being supported by the manufacturer. That doesn’t stop AIS from supporting these legacy systems.

Save money! In order to more efficiently service you and your company, AIS uses different methods of remote support to achieve our goals without having to come onsite. It is because of this flexibility that AIS can have offices and clients all over the world. From our headquarters in NY, or our offices in Miami, Los Angeles or Bucharest, Romania, we first try to resolve any issues remotely before sending a technician onsite. Because we may not have to come onsite, AIS saves our clients money by billing in 15-minutes increments when work is done remotely.

 

 
24 / 7 MONITORING SERVICES
 

‘Round-the-clock’ support for your critical needs. We have clients that request 24/7 monitoring of their servers, workstations and applications. After assessing the current IT infrastructure, AIS can pick the right Managed Service package for your needs. This includes pro-active maintenance and alarms for detecting utilization thresholds.

 

 
EMERGENCY RESPONSE SUPPORT
 

When you need it fixed NOW, AIS guarantees our clients emergency response times* of as little as 1 hour. We also guarantee that within 2 Hours we can remote dial-in, and within 4 hours we can be onsite (for our NY clients).

* Emergency Response times are billed at a different rate.
