Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Controller to manage and direct all aspects of the financial operations of our company. Successful and consistent financial management experience in a corporate environment required. Controller reports directly to the CEO and is highly involved in day-to-day hands on financial management and managing operations of our company. He/She will be the primary staff member for all financial matters.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bookkeeping of A/P, A/R, Invoicing and G/L
• Manage payroll, commissions, costing and cash management
• Use our Service Tracking System
• Strategic financial planning, long-term cash flow forecasting
• Sales Tax and statutory reporting and filing
• Management of the controllership function including monthly financial statements, closing and reconciliation process and communication of results to staff and volunteers
• Recommends and implements and controls accounting and other finance related systems, policies, procedures and internal controls
• Leads and drives the annual planning and forecasting process for the entire company, including input into annual financial targets in line with senior staff and company expectations
• Serves as liaison to CPA and is responsible for the completion of the annual audit, preparation and preparation of financial statements


• MANDATORY 1-week NON-PAID internship prior to hiring decision is made
• 3 – 5 years minimum experience in accounting or finance
• Previous full-time working experience in industry where income is generated mainly from services (e.g. IT service provider, consulting firm, etc.)
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Accounting functions: Budget preparation and analysis, financial statement preparation and analysis, cash management, financial forecasting, bank reconciliation, fiscal controls, A/R, A/P, and fixed asset management
• Advanced level in Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions and Strong Excel skills with experience in formula editing and working with large volume of data
• Intermediate level in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Experienced project management software (Mindmap, Microsoft Visio and Project)
• Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to influence peers and drive business results through fact-based analysis and development of a positive business climate.
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation. Ability to make public presentations interpreting financial results
• Accuracy, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a hands-on day-to-day accounting environment
• Very high level of organizational and time management skills. Be able to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
Preferred experience but not required
• Human Resource management, benefits administration, employment law
• Embrace the oversight of an order fulfillment department that encompasses shipping and receiving, order entry, credit, collections and chargeback management, inventory control, merchandise allocations and invoicing
• Incumbent will require hands-on involvement to ensure that monthly bank, sales and inventory reconciliations are prepared and correctly posted into the appropriate general ledgers and financial statements, and will coordinate interim and year-end activities with the Companies auditors

IT Technician

Job Purpose

Design, install and troubleshoot Microsoft networks; lead project installations.


• Establish Microsoft networking environments by designing system configuration; directing system installation; defining, documenting, and enforcing Microsoft system standards.
• Maximize Microsoft network performance by monitoring systems; troubleshooting network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with Microsoft network architects on network optimization.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Managing network projects by gathering, prioritizing information.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines onsite and in offsite locations.
• Ability to complete minor repairs, upgrades, and installation of hardware and software.


Minimum 2 Years experience on Microsoft Technology; MCSE preferred; Tracking Budget Expenses, Project Management, People Management, Problem Solving, LAN Knowledge, Network Design and Implementation, Network Troubleshooting, Network Hardware Configuration, Network Performance Tuning. Minimum Technologies: Windows 2003/2008 Server with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010, IIS, Browsers, Basic Linux knowledge.

IT Sales Account Executive

Job Purpose

We are seeking an intelligent, dynamic, extremely articulate and highly motivated self-starter to generate new business for our company. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and have the desire to expand their role and grow with the company. We are looking for talented individuals with the ability and willingness to seize an opportunity to become a professional sales person. You should be an excellent communicator in any situation, be it face-to-face or over the phone. You will be responsible for building a customer base and AIS will assist with its great leads obtained and working with the existing AIS Sales Team.

The successful candidate will be focused on selling our computer products and services. Your earning potential is unlimited. The bottom-line is that you will grow our revenue in-line with current forecasts by aggressively adding new customers who offer year-on-year growth potential. Basic Duties

• Create proposals and perform demos with aid from our Sales Engineers
• Work with Team to close deals as well as on Quarterly Events AIS holds to attract new business

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience in any kind of B2B office environment. Sales experience would be ideal.
